Day to Night Summer Looks from Kohl’s

This post is #sponsored, but the opinions expressed are our own.

Have you ever wondered what fun things there are to do in Tampa? Well, thanks to Kohl’s, I’m going to spend the next couple of days giving you the skinny on some of my favorite classic Tampa spots as part of their #DestinationSummer “road trip” over at Pinterest. Kohl’s, along with some fabulous bloggers, has been exploring the country and now it’s Tampa’s turn! Thanks to fellow Florida girl, Bella Vida by Letty, for passing the torch on to me. So, are you ready? We’ll be talking about summer looks and beauty products for the next couple of days, so make sure you turn in tomorrow too!

The hubs played pro ball back in the day, so we’re obviously big baseball fans. While we love going to Tampa Bay Rays games, it’s nice that we have a beautiful Minor League stadium in our backyard too. Hitting up a Tampa Yankees game is a great way to spend a summer day. For a recent trip there, I rocked a Peter Som for Kohl’s charmeuse tank, Rock & Republic distressed white skinny jeans, beaded bracelets and gladiator sandals. I’m kind of obsessed with the tank’s pineapple print. It doesn’t get much more summery than that!

Once we left the stadium, we headed over to historic Ybor City. Ybor City has a plethora of fabulous restaurants and it’s the perfect place to enjoy a summer date night. You’ll love all the old architecture and charming paved streets. For dinner, we’re partial to the Acropolis. Their grouper is divine and belly dancers have been known to make an appearance in the evening.

As you can see, my Peter Som tank transitions beautifully from day to night. I simply swapped out my white denim for Peter Som for Kohl’s charmeuse pants and added Rock & Republic metallic heels and a multi-chain statement necklace.

Tomorrow I’ll be taking you to the beach, as well as one of my favorite places to take a stroll, the home of the longest continuous sidewalk in the world, Bayshore Boulevard. Until then lovelies…

Love the white denim and tank and the way the outfit transcends right into a night time look by simply swapping out the pants. Looking forward to the beach trip! We took the grands to the Tampa/Treasure Island area last year and really liked it.
