Three Homemade Holiday Gifts

DIY Gifts Roundup

It’s the final countdown before the big day and this weekend for me is all about fine tuning my gift selection and making sure everyone is covered under the tree. I love to give everyone in my family something personal, often a great family photo taken throughout the year or something homemade. Luckily, thanks to Pinterest, there is no shortage of ideas! Here are three homemade holiday gifts that I’m loving and think are manageable this close to Christmas.

1. DIY Chalkboard Mug. This comes from Wit and Whistle (I’m a long time fan) and looks cute and easy! I can imagine giving this to all the grown-ups who have to be up at the crack of dawn Christmas morning.

2. Reindeer Root Beer: Saving as a Working Mom designed this cute kid friendly version. For our family, this would be a great gift for my husband of brother using a local brew. They are so hard to buy for and this is something that would get a smile and a cheers!

3. Envelope Clutches: How adorable are these clutches? Pretty Life Anonymous made these for under $5! You could make them as a purse or an iPad holder for all your friends, and without breaking the bank!

I think the chalkboard mug might make my fun Sunday afternoon project list, and the others tucked away as ideas for next year.  How about you? Do you have any homemade holiday gifts wrapped under your tree?
