Weekend Wear: Plaid

I’ve been jealously watching countless bloggers, like our favorite mama and daughter duo at H&K Style Journey, rockin’ their plaid shirts as of late and it’s driving me bonkers. This girl wants to pull her plaid pretties out of storage too! Alas, it’s still nice and warm here, so I’ll have to wait a bit longer, but you can bet as soon as I see temps worthy of a cozy shirt, I’ll be rockin’ mine too!

Hollister Co. red shirt / H&M blue jeans, $32 / Jeffrey Campbell ankle booties / Michael Kors gold jewelry

This is the kind of look I would style around my plaid shirts. Its comfy, yet cute and only has four easy elements! I like my fall unis to be easy peasy!

So, have you sported plaid yet lovelies?

I’m wondering if the plaid shirt will jump the shark before I actually find one I like? I really want one though!

I’ve been rockin’ them for 15 years. There’s no jumpin’ the shark for me when it comes to plaid shirts and fall. Haha!
