Spruce Up His Spring Wardrobe

Spring is in the air and what better time to refresh your man’s wardrobe with some new bang-on trend threads that will make him look even hotter than he already is? Valentine’s Day may have come and gone, but there’s no reason why you can’t treat him to some new clothes to make him realize how fabulous he is. As the new spring/summer styles make their way onto the racks, now is a perfect time to update his drab winter wardrobe and give him a new lease of life.

Warm Him Up

The unpredictable early spring weather is no stranger to us. Having some staple warmers on hand, for when the temperature drops, will help to keep your fella warm, cozy and feeling fine. Whether it’s an elbow patch sweater, a South Dean Street textured top or a trend-setting cardi, you can get all your mens cardigans and sweaters from George at ASDA at incredible prices.

Casual Days

Graphic t-shirts are still hot and there are plenty of funky designs to choose from each season. If your man is a fan of the Big Bang Theory, he’d love a Bazinga print tee to commemorate the hilarity of Sheldon Cooper. An England Flag tee is the epitome of cool. Team a cool top with some slim fitting jeans and the South Dean Street marl hoody in charcoal grey and you’ll have a perfect outfit for a relaxing day.

Formal Nights

With tailored, slim fit suits from £50, your man could have a fantastic versatile suit for special occasions. Whether it’s treating you to an evening meal at a posh restaurant or a summer wedding that you’re saving the date for, a slim suit would be a perfect addition to the wardrobe as an outfit for any formal event.

Avoid the blacks and opt instead for charcoal or grey. Perhaps inject a bit of quirky color with some bright socks or a bold statement tie, to keep the look young and fresh.

In the Office

Regardless of how formal a work environment he works in, there is plenty of choice in George for you to choose from. If formality isn’t an issue, your bloke can still look cool in a casual shirt or marl sweatshirt combined with some smart dark denim jeans from Boston Crew.

Smarten him up with some textured formal trousers and a long sleeved shirt or go all out with a formal trouser suit. Combine with some smart polished shoes and he will be the ultimate professional.

Slouching Around

Everyone loves a lazy day at home, curled up on the sofa with a bowl of popcorn and your favorite movies. For this type of afternoon, a pair of slacks and a warm cozy hoody, such as the South Dean Street graphic print hoody (for a bargain price of £8.50!) is all your man needs to be in absolute comfort.

Plus, you could always ‘borrow’ his hoody to keep you warm and looking cute!

Help to refresh his wardrobe and he can continue to look and feel great. It’s surprising how good some new clothes can make you feel and, who knows, maybe he’ll treat you in return…Haha!

When my guy moved in with me he only wore his work uniform or jeans and all black tops. Which is INSANELY since I LOVE color. I’m slowly filling up his wardrobe with better stuff hehe.
