So what do you know…Bright lips are back for Spring! Giles, Burberry, Dolce, and Missoni were just a handful of the designers that featured a bright red lip for Spring. We all know I’m crazy about Cosmic Raspberry and rock it at least 5 days a week!
My newest obsession is Jenna, a bright orange-red by Bobbi which looks amazing. It’s bold, bright, and fabulous! Cheers to 2013 and an upcoming season of pouts with a pop of color!

Yay! I am excited about more bright lips. Especially now when my face really needs a wake up (total lack of sleep!) and a bright lip may be just the way to achieve that.

One of my beauty challenges this year is to get comfortable wearing bright lipstick again. I’ve worn neutrals for so long that it’s going to take awhile to get used to it. I love this color though.

When I was pregnant I started rocking bright lips nearly every day…It made me look so much more awake!

Hey ladies, happy 2013! I’m getting back into blogging this year and am excited to start reading your lovely blog again! Also, I just love the idea of red lipstick — I’ve been really into a dark, rich (almost purply) red called Black Cherry by Revlon for the winter.
