Hearts Aren’t Just for Valentine’s Day

So, for the past month, our house has been home to several gnarly bugs. Thankfully, we all seem to be better now, so I guess that means I should start making an effort with my appearance again. Haha! Even a fashion lover finds it hard to put together cute outfits when she’s only slept an hour and a half. Just sayin’.

Outfit details here.

The dude’s pre-school teachers have been treated to the beautiful sight of me in my yoga pants for weeks. I think it’s time I reserve said pants for exercise and pull out some cuter looks…And this time I mean it. I probably just jinxed myself. Ha! Seriously though…I think I can manage a cute sweater, skinnies and flats. Fingers crossed. Ha!

So, what do you wear to drop off your kiddos lovelies? I bet you put me to shame!

Such an adorable outfit! Sorry you’ve been so sick and tired. Motherhood is not fun sometimes. Ps… yoga pants are my version of dressing up, haha!

Motherhood is a tough job, but it’s my favorite job…sickness and all! And my love affair with yoga pants isn’t ending…maybe I just won’t rock them quite as much. Haha!

I’m a big fan of all the patterned knits I’ve been seeing over the past few seasons, especially the polka dots. I majorly love these flats, too. I just love pink!

I’ve really been trying to step up my look and not allow my new-mom exhaustion to dictate my wardrobe. And the reality is: skinnies and a cute top is just as easy as my yoga pants…. or at least that is what I keep telling myself!

Give yourself time mama. It takes a while to get back in the swing of things! :)
