A few weeks back, you may recall I featured my stunning custom wedding invitations by Ashley from Lemon & Lavender.
I wanted to include a map for our guests with our invitations. St. Pete Beach is very special to my fiance and I. Growing up, Kristin and I spent many summers on Treasure Island where our Aunt had a beautiful waterfront house. My fiance loves a couple of local beach bars and likes to take his hometown Connecticut visitors there. And most importantly – our first date was at the beach! I wanted to share some of our favorite spots with our guests that will be joining in the weekend wedding festivities.
As soon as I saw the custom maps that A & P Designs make, I knew we HAD to have one! Alicia was a joy to work with! She added special little details unique to my fiance and I such as the Mickey and Minnie ears as a nod to our proposal, starfish holding hands at our beach front ceremony site, and our favorite putt putt spots!
I love the uniqueness of the map so much – it will make a special appearance at the wedding too! But you are going to have to wait to see that!!!
So, what do you think??? I LOVE IT!! What are some spots you would include in your custom map?
Hugs and thanks to my sister for another wonderful wedding post! Can you believe her big day is in less than a month?!?

I absolutely love this idea! It’s amazingly cute and much better than the confusing and not at pretty ones that come with some invitations.

Oh my gosh! That is the sweetest thing ever! I would put so many places, like Monterey and Maui and Napa Valley. Love this idea!

What a great idea for wedding invitations and so different from the norm. It’s lovely to have a little twist and something different to start off the lead up to your big day. Don’t forget to savour every minute of your wedding day as it goes so quickly. Enjoy all of your preparations too. XXXX
