hi there! it’s jillian from cornflake dreams and i am so excited that summer is making it’s way to chicago! summer has always been my favorite season – i love that the city comes alive and everyone spends more time outdoors (it also doesnt hurt that my birthday is in june!) a few months ago i asked kristin and megan to share their spring wishlist with my readers, so i thought it’d be fun to do something similar — here are the things that made my summer wishlist::
1. a light jacket (this might seem like a spring item but the weather in chicago can be unpredictable!)
2. a glass beverage dispenser. this would be great for summer parties – hello, mojitos and lemonade! (i already added this to our wedding registry)
3. BRIGHT shorts! right now i am leaning towards cobalt blue or pink!
4. retro inspired sunglasses. i typically wear aviator sunglasses but i want to switch things up and try a pair audrey would wear.
