I recently was given the opportunity to try out the new DIY jewelry line,
Styled by Tori Spelling. That’s right, this is the part of blogging that I gush over. Those fun opportunities like testing out DIY jewelry! Yippee! There are several different styles within the collection, so I squealed with delight when I opened up a box to find the Glitz and Noir lines shown below. Clearly, Tori had my personal style down when she shipped it, hee hee! Shelby and I couldn’t wait to lay out all of the materials and here is a glimpse of the bounty that awaited us.
Pretty cool, eh?! We had a great afternoon of jewelry making and it was all really easy. You literally just slide on the pieces you like onto the connectors, snap them shut and you’re done. Styles can be mixed, matched and adjusted to meet different lengths. And, if you want even more bling, all you have to do is clip it on. I promise, it’s really that easy! Here are some looks we created.
Starting off slow, I added these leaf drops onto earring connectors. Cute and ready to go!

I adore how Shelby connected this fun necklace.

The bracelet connectors give you an option to stack up to three looks. Here’s one with two strands.

I’ve made this necklace both short and long. I kind of dig how it looks short. It’s perfect to go from work to happy hour, oh yea!

We had a great time pulling together these fun looks and I can’t wait to dig into the rest of the stash. I even think it would be fun to turn some of the pieces into pendants for coats and purses. If you’re looking to get creative and make your own accessories, The Styled by Tori Spelling collection can be found at both Joann Fabrics and Michaels. Happy accessorizing!

I LOVE the new line – if for no reason other than, it is sometimes overwhelming to come up with a new jewelry piece and design 100% on your own. These are super fun pieces and you can trade them out or add to for different occasions =) I love it!
