So, as I sit here typing this, I’m attempting to ignore some pretty wicked contractions. I’m hoping it’s the real thing this time and not another bout with my nemesis, false labor. I never thought I could long for pain as much as I have the past couple of weeks. Crazy right?!? Haha! I hate to complain, because I truly feel blessed to have been able to carry my lil’ lady bean around the past 40+weeks, but I’m not gonna lie, I’m ready to part with the pregnancy phase and finally hold my sweet girl in my arms!
In an effort to keep my mind off my discomfort, my eternally supportive mama took me out for some lunch and a little retail therapy this weekend. We hit up one of our favorite baby boutiques, Smarty Pants, here in Tampa. We walked away with an accessories haul! These sweet little floral and ruffled “sandals” are too cute for words! They’re made by Toe Blooms, a company I am now officially obsessed with. And I can’t wait to pair this ridiculously versatile headband with her little ensembles!
So, there you have it…a sneak peek at my bambino’s recent accessory collection additions…I decided to spare you from having to look at my over due baby bump this week. Haha!
Don’t forget to join us, Momtrends and Glamamom for Monday Mingle, our fashion filled weekly link up! This week, you can find the linky over at Glamamom’s site!
p.s. We hope you’ll join us and Jill for our Mary Kay Sun Care Twitter Party on 6/19 at 8 PM EST! We’ll be giving away nearly $750 in skin care prizing. RSVP today!

Those floral shoes are too cute. Did not see anything like that just two years ago when Sarah was born. Can’t wait to see your little lady all decked out (I’m sure you agree!).

She’s going to be one stylish little lady! I cannot believe that you are STILL blogging through labor pains! I’m glad little lady was able to stay in there past 40+ weeks also. If I don’t hear from you this week, have a safe and smooth delivery darling. xoxo.

Random, but I love the baseball reference. Considering who your husband is, I think it’s probably common place but oh so sweet. Feel better!

Those are so cute, especially the ‘sandals’- what a great idea. Sorry you’re in pain and playing the waiting game, but it will all be worth it soon. Can’t wait to see her smiling with her happy mama!

So cute!
Can’t wait to see the little lady! Hopefully the pains you’re feeling is your body getting some work done before you go into full-on labor! That happened to me both times. I walked around for weeks with cramping and had both of my ladies in three hours or less. I’ll take weeks of cramping over a long labor any day!

Ms. Grey Elizabeth is one lucky lady!

De très jolis accessoires…
Gros bisous à vous.

Ah, I feel your pain. I hope the day you hold your little princess is very soon.
Great little accessories. When buying clips for little ones look for ones that have this no-slip fabric in them. Otherwise they do not stay when they are so little with very fine hair.
