Strolling with the Stokke Xplory

Stokke Xplory

How totally hot is this stroller?!  When Stokke sent the Xplory stroller my way I was so excited.  However, I didn’t expect to fall in love with it as much as I have.  What can I say?  I’m smitten!  So, last weekend when the weather was nice I jumped at the chance to really test it out around Annapolis.  Jake was a willing photo subject and happy to be out enjoying some sunshine too!

I really love how deep the sun shade is and while it does come with a nice foot rest, his little tootsies aren’t quite there (and yes, I just got all squishy Mom on ya and called them tootsies!). Another thing I really love about it is how the height of the seat is so adjustable.  It really lets you control the height of your baby and is especially helpful when sitting down at tables.

One thing that was really important to me in a stroller was that it be able to take on rough surfaces.  In our area, we have a ton of brick sidewalks and I needed something that could really power over any unkempt bricks.  It took only a few minutes for me to be skipping along with joy at just how smooth my new ride is!

So, there you have it.  Jake’s new ride. And, yes, it looks nicer than my first car! So nice, in fact, that you barely even notice JFK’s old sailboat in the background, ha!

You can find Stokke here, on Facebook and on Twitter.

that stroller is amazing. I have a few friends in the city who have it and they love it! The only reason why we didn’t get one is bc I really need a huge basket and this one wasn’t big enough for us (I have my camera bag in addition to my diaper bag!)…otherwise it is awesome. I particularly love how high up it is. It’s great for tall guys like my husband and I also love how high the baby is.
and btw, YOU LOOK AMAZING. xo

Wow that is the coolest stroller EVER!! It looks like something out of the future. It also looks easy to push, which is a must for someone with not much upper arm strength like me. (I hope this stroller is still around when I decide to have a child, haha).
