Hi there, and Happy New Year! Alyson from The Average Girl’s Guide here to give Kristin and Megan a moment to catch their breath amidst babies, life, everything. Exhausted just thinking about everything they do!
I’m sharing with you today a few options to stay warm while stylish. Even though I’m a Florida girl, our dipping temperatures (brr, down to the 30s!) and scanning style blogs full of winter fashion reminds me that every gal needs a cute jacket to stay warm. Yes, marshmallow puffers suffice when it’s that cold, however try one of these looks – under $100 and not basic black — to keep you smokin’ hot in these chilly temps.
1. Apt. 9 Double Breasted Wool Coat ($84.99, reg. $220)
2. Asos Fit and Flare Coat with faux fur collar ($69.08)
3. Delia’s Wool Bomber Coat with faux fur hood lining ($79.50, reg. $89.50)
4. Old Navy Frost Free Shawl-Neck Jacket ($54.99, reg. $69.94)
Thanks so much to Kristin and Megan for having me over! Come visit me at www.theaveragegirlsguide.com for more!
Merci beaucoup to Alyson for her fabulous guest post! Make sure you say hello over at her blog!

It was 8 degrees here this morning (!), but I think that navy coat would be perfect for warming me up.

These are fantastic! I’m always a sucker for a good peacoat with brass buttons, and the blue really pops. LOVE LOVE LOVE that Delia’s is still around. They were good to me as a young fashionista and this bomber says that hasn’t changed… and this Asos coat is like a ruffled piece of candy that also keeps you warm. Thanks Alyson!

Very cute coats. I am always tempted even though I own way too many already for someone who lives in southern CA and does not need really any.

The wool bomber is divine!

I love the hot pink! I had my eye on a cobalt J.Crew coat recently, but it sold out of my size
Maybe next year!

If I weren’t rapidly running out of closet space already, I might impulse buy coat #1 and #2!

It’s barely dropped past the 40s here (and that’s at night, if we are lucky) but I just love that blue coat from Apt. 9!
