Maybe you’ve put your Christmas tree away already, and maybe it’s still beautifully lit each night. Either way – if you’re like me – memories of a fun holiday season are still lingering, and getting back to work isn’t so easy! In fact, partly due to a lingering cold (and the addition of two furry house guests in our home), I decided working part days this week would be the way to go.

I think another great way to combat the January blahs, is to reflect on all of the special moments you had this Christmas season and to cultivate thankfulness. It’s easy to look at everything in our lives that isn’t the way that we’d like it to be, but I believe that really takes us away from living in the moment and enjoying every small – or big – thing that we have to be thankful for.

Sometimes putting my gratitude into words and onto paper helps me to feel even more connected to the special people in my life. For me, I love that the stationery I design for my online store, the Thank You Cards Shop, gets to be a part of so many different special events. I’ve even designed some pretty Christmas Thank You Cards that are free for you to print from home. Hopefully these Christmas thank you cards will help get you in the mood to write out your notes. You can download them here. You’ll also find free printable bookmarks, recipe cards and more! My full collection of Christmas Thank You Cards is also available here.

Those are very cute! My favorite way to get rid of the January blues is to start preparing for spring, whether that’s just shopping and seeing all of the garden stuff out in the stores, or planning some day trips for once the weather improves.

Hey Leeann – so sorry to hear about the files… What browser are you using? These have been tested on Google Chrome and Internet Explorer, but might not work on other browsers. Are you able to try either of those to see if they work?

Thanks everyone for your nice comments!
