Anyone else out there ready to dig in to some Thanksgiving goodness?! In addition to all of the usual traditional food, I’ve really been craving sweet potato pie. Its one of my favorites and I’ve already eaten my fair share from Whole Foods. That’s right. I ate the whole darn thing. Well not all at one time! This recipe for a lighter version of the classic looks pretty easy and guilt free. I think I may just give it a go. After all, I’m going to need room for all that stuffing!
