Fashion’s Night Out Fabulosity

Annelis Diaz is back with a recount of her Fashion’s Night Out experience!

September is always such an amazing time to celebrate fashion and I couldn’t think of a better way to kick off the September festivities than with Fashion’s Night Out! I was thrilled to attend the Fashion’s Night Out Tampa Bay event at International Plaza with my lovely friend Tara! It was quite a to-do, complete with roaming paparazzi, photo booths and step and repeat photo ops! Did I mention there was a red carpet?!?

At Tory Burch, I fell in love with the snakeskin Reva Flats paired with a cream colored cardi and gold necklace.

At Kate Spade, I was drawn to the “About Town” Bangle and had to purchase it…Happy Fashion’s Night out to me!  They also had incredible rings and necklaces that were chock full of jewels!

Michael Kors had an amazing distressed leather bag collection which I seriously might need to revisit soon!

Here are some of my favorite looks of the night:

I came across Julie G. at the Neiman Marcus Lipstick Lounge.  She rocked out this aubergine bejeweled Aidan Mattox frock which I think is the perfect party dress for fall. Carla D. was looking glamorously glitzy in her Alice and Olivia tunic, Laundry skinnies and matte gold Christian Louboutin heels.

Mallory D.  looked lovely in her Mad Men-esque  fitted frock paired with black and camel heels by Kate Spade.

Brigitte S., a student from The Art Institute, wore a metallic wrap scarf as a top paired with leggings and a belted bow.  She completed her look with Sam Edelman boots and an oh-so-hot boyfriend blazer.

I also LOVED LOVED LOVED the mannequin which Brigitte dressed as part of the Neiman Marcus style challenge. (DVF top, Vince vest, Tory Burch boots, Balenciaga bag, Rock and Republic vest). Do you dig this look as much as I do?

The night ended with a perfect dinner at The Capital Grille and a bottle of vino. How did you ladies kick off this fabulous fashion filled month?

Looks like so much fun. I really love the Zara dress and Tara’s stripes – that almost coral colored bag on the manaquin puts in the mood for Spring again already!! (As much as I love the taste of pumkin chai and the smell of bonfires in the air – It’s a little chilly today for my taste! brr :)
