Happy Sunday lovelies! I’m here to deliver on my promised outfit post! The hubs and are rockin’ our date night looks. I’ve been itching to wear my new Poetic License peep toes that PB&J Boutique sent over and date night seemed like the perfect occasion! If you look close enough you can see a peek of the bright yellow soles. I just love a colored sole…Don’t you? I styled them with a silk tank, a Meg Cohen tie dye scarf, Alex Keller pearl drop earrings and my trusty old Loft distressed boyfriend jeans. An outfit never makes me happier than when I feel great in it and sublimely comfortable too!
As far as the hubs’ look goes, he chose to wear the Lucky Brand snap shirt that Langston’s sent him. And it’s not the first time that particular shirt has made an appearance during one of our evenings out. The fit is great and the fabric breathes. Breathable fabric is key this time of year in the sunshine state!
So, what did y’all do this weekend? Did you squeeze in a date night too?
Disclosure: We were provided with the Poetic License shoes and Lucky Brand shirt for purposes of a review.

Great look! I love shoes with their floral detailing and peep-toe and the bright scarf. Date nights are the best – apart from spending time with your loved one, it’s always a great excuse to dress up!

Those shoes rock, and I love the scarf in the hair. You both look awesome, casual but stylish. Hunny and I had a date-day today. We strolled along the beach and then had a lovely dinner on our patio.

We had date night two weekends ago. I wore a t-shirt and jeans to see The Hangover II. Normally I dress up even if we’re going to the movies, but I felt like bumming it for a change.

We seriously need more date nights just to wear more of our cute clothes! I absolutely looove those shoes. Hope you had some good quality time with your man!

you both look rockin’ – I’m all for comfy too – thats my #1 requirement. I hope you are enjoying your summer so far….

I’m always envious of people like you who can wear scarves in their hair and they actually STAY PUT! I’ve been on the headband/scarf train practically since I was a tot, and no matter what, they wind out falling out of my hair after an hour or two and I’m constantly readjusting! Love your look here.
