Happy weekend, and what a great Summer weekend we have ahead! My little sister is making her BonBon debut! Ok, so technically Ashley isn’t my sister, but we grew up together and have always been as close as sisters. Plus I’m several years older so I get to boss her around. Which is of course how I convinced her to hold a pool noodle and pose with me in my front yard, ha! We always have a great time together and a day at the pool is no exception! Of course no day in the sun is complete without a Corona Light with a lime wedge. Pure heaven! Oh and like SPF 50 so that my freckles don’t merge. I’m wearing an Old Navy maxi dress that I found for a total bargain of $20 and a Trina Turk bathing suit I picked up at South Moon Under, a favorite local shop.

Hubby and I are heading to a local bar to watch the soccer game USA-Ghana. I’ll surely sip a glass of rosé, or two if there are enough goals… all in my new floral romper!

My Saturday plans include, I kid you not, drinking SoCo and Cokes and wearing a cute turquoise sundress, and playing cornhole with Justin Long. My friends and I met him at the bar last night and invited him to play cornhole and party with us tonight. Best Saturday ever! I’ll be sure to blog about it.
